For those interested in managing their own treatment, this is a great read. The book also gives a good history on types of ticks and the diseases they carry. I was impressed to see a lot of scientific knowledge about how some of the treatments work instead of just stating that they work like in most books and articles. The natural treatments are well explained but can be a little overwhelming in a few spots for the non-scientist. For someone with chronic Lyme Disease I would recommend reading this one.
