You may have noticed I haven’t done much with Diagnosis Unsolved lately. That’s because I’ve been feeling so much better. One of the things I realized though is through all of this healing journey life can get a bit complex. When you have a chronic illness how do you tackle dietary changes or lifestyle changes and try to keep a job or have a family? I learned the hard way that if you try to make changes too quickly, you can easily get burned out and it just adds more stress to your life.

Now I’m on a mission to help you improve your health with simple steps. I’d like to share what I’ve learned (and still learning) so I can help you along your journey too. So I’ve created a new website called Health You Can Do.
